YallaiG delivers most of its products instantly as digital content, with physical items (where offered) shipped separately. This policy explains how and when you will receive your purchase.

1. Digital Delivery (Instant Access)

Courses, mock exams, past papers, and other digital products are delivered automatically the moment your payment is confirmed. You will receive immediate access through your account dashboard, along with a confirmation email containing your order summary and access instructions.

• Access is typically granted within a few seconds of successful payment.
• Some items (for example, scheduled live sessions) become available on their published start date rather than immediately.
• If your access has not appeared within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact support and include your order number.

2. Physical Delivery

Where physical materials are offered (such as printed workbooks, certificates, or merchandise), we ship using trusted courier services. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Within Egypt: typically 2–5 business days.
• International: typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping; this will be clearly indicated.

4. Order Processing

Physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

5. Delays & Undeliverable Orders

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, and incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

• If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
• Redelivery fees may apply where the original address was provided incorrectly.
